We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Specialist to lead strategic marketing and communications initiatives for a variety of clients across multiple industries. This role combines strategic planning, creative execution and hands-on campaign management across both traditional and digital platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple campaigns and budgets and maintains strong client relationships. You must also be creative, proactive and solutions-oriented with a strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies for clients across traditional and digital channels
- Create and execute marketing and social media strategies and campaigns

- Create engaging content
- Conduct market research and data analyses to inform marketing strategies.
- Perform monthly SEO and website analytics reporting
- Oversee campaign execution and monitor performance
- Nurture and maintain client relationships
- Develop budgets, timelines and campaign execution
- Prepare proposals and presentation decks
- Coordinate with third-party media partners and other third-party vendors
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in marketing and social media campaign strategy and management
- Experience managing budgets and multi-channel campaigns
- Solid understanding of SEO and website analytics
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practises
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, Dropbox and Slack
Preference with be given to candidates with:
- Knowledge and experience in the agriculture and tourism sectors
- Knowledge and experience of Google AdWords
- Experience working in an agency
