We are looking for an emerging visual designer to join our boutique studio. The ideal candidate is a new graduate or junior designer looking to expand their practical experience while working in a dynamic agency environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with concept development and visual research
- Develop brand, print, and digital assets across various client projects
- Prepare and refine files for presentation and production
- Execute design updates and revisions
- Contribute to social, web, and marketing content as needed
- Participate in team critiques, brainstorms and project reviews
What You Have
- Post-secondary education in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- A portfolio demonstrating work across both digital and print disciplines (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Solid organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics experience (Adobe After Effects)
- Illustration skills
- Experience with Figma
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and/or Harvest
